We offer Trial Size products! They're a great way for you to try out our products before purchasing the full size. Get them in a discounted bundle, or check them out individually.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free trial, but we do have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with anything for any reason, we'll refund your money.

Can women use your products?
Yep, all of our razors and products are unisex and can be used by anyone. Note: Females in the Club especially love our Executive razor paired with our Prep Scrub, Shave Butter and Post Shave Dew. Trust us, the silky smooth feeling is surreal.
What can I expect in my first shipment?
Your first shipment will contain the products or Starter Sets chosen during the sign-up or checkout process.
Are your products available by subscription?
All of our products are available by subscription except for a few that only need to be purchased on an as-needed basis. We'll indicate whether or not a product can be set to auto-restock when you go to add it to your box.
When will you ship my first order?
New Dollar Shave Club Memberships are processed within 24-48 hours (on working days excluding weekends and public holidays) upon sign-up, and your first shipment will leave our warehouse shortly after. Shipments usually arrive within 4-8 working days
