How do I buy extra blades?

You can purchase extra packs of blades anytime from your Blade page. You can get to your Blades page by selecting “Menu” on our homepage, then “Blades”. *Active razor subscription is required to purchase additional blades or handles.

How do I buy extra handles?

What are the ingredients in your lubricating strips?

What do you recommend for thick facial hair?

Try our 4X razor or 4-blade Club Series razor. The blades in our 4 blades razor are set wider apart and have an open back, which makes for easy rinsing.

What do you recommend for head shavers?

Dollar Shave Club razors are specifically designed to cruise through facial hair. If you plan to shave your head, be careful up there: go slow, be gentle, use a mirror, rinse blades and reapply shave gel often.

Do your blades fit other brand handles?

Our blades are uniquely manufactured and only fit our handles. That said, our 4X and Executive handles are compatible with each other's blades and our Club Series handle are compatible with each other's blades. Need help purchasing a handle? Contact

How many shaves will I get from one cartridge?

Everyone's shaving needs are different. We believe in a Fresh Blade Shave, so we recommend changing your blade weekly. By the time you're on your last blade, your next set should be on its way to you.

Do any of the blades have a trimmer?

Yep! Our Executive razor and 6-blade Club Series razor have a trimmer blade on the back of the cartridge.

Do you sell safety razors?

We don’t, but give our razors a shot. If you don’t love the shave, we’ll refund you in full.
