UK Shipping Delays

Due to Brexit related issues, all importers and shippers into the UK are experiencing unprecedented delays, and the availability of trucks and containers is extremely challenging.  These issues are driving the delays you are experiencing with your Dollar Shave Club shipment. 

 

In working closely with our shipping partners, we have been able to make headway and some orders are making their way to you, our members. There are still significant delays but more frequent shipments are happening, so know that we are working tirelessly to get all shipments to you as soon as possible. 

 

As a result of the delays, we are also experiencing a significant increase in emails via our customer service channels. The team is working as quickly as possible to address all member needs and we endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
