Where’s my Box?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Delivery takes 4-8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)*. If you haven’t received our email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Still not received an email? Contact our Club Pros!
To view your order history:
- Login to your DSC account.
- Click the Box icon at the top of the page.
- Click History.
If you have trouble or haven't received your box on time, Contact Us.
*Please note that it can come to delays of up to 2 working days during the Holidays season.
