Why can't I place a ‘Now Box’ order?

If your next Restock Box is scheduled to be sent within three days, you won’t see the ‘Ship it now’ option when selecting products. That’s because we add the products to your next order instead of creating a new ‘Now Box’.

However, you can always Contact Us and we'll do our best to sort you out.
